Account Executive - Digital Advertising Platform

They offer a comprehensive suite of products including Supply-Side Platforms (SSP), Demand-Side Platforms (DSP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, designed to optimize advertising performance and maximize revenue for publishers and advertisers.
Role OverviewOur client is looking for a senior-level DSP (Demand-Side Platform) Account Executive to drive growth across its digital advertising platform, where your success will directly impact its market presence and revenue in Indonesia.
The focus of this role is to find, make a deal, and maintain relationships with agencies, brands, or related partners to use our technology to buy the inventories and spend their budgets. In this role, you will work closely with brands, agencies, and marketing teams to understand their advertising goals and recommend data-driven solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesConsult and collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and recommend advertising strategies using a demand-side platform (DSP).
Drive new business growth by identifying potential advertisers and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders at agencies and brands.
Oversee the planning and execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth setup, ongoing optimization, and overall campaign success.
Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights, present reports, and propose strategic improvements that align with client goals.
Coordinate effectively with internal technical and operational teams to ensure timely delivery, troubleshoot issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
Stay current with trends in programmatic advertising, data-driven marketing, and digital media buying to deliver expert-level support and guidance.
At least Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, preferably in HR Management or Psychology, or any related majors.
At least 2-3 years experience in the Sales/Business Development/Account Management roles.
Experienced working in digital advertising agencies.
Extensive network and established relationships within the digital advertising agency community.
Excellent command of English on business and professional level, to communicate with the global teams on a daily basis.

Good communication and presentation skills, self-driven and highly motivated with good initiative and execution skills.
Numerate and analytical: Understanding online performance metrics and advertising investment decisions is a plus.
