Account Executive (Sales Trainee Program)

This is a unique opportunity for highly motivated fresh graduates and career-switchers to become professional Account Executives. This 3-month career acceleration program is specifically designed for individuals with no prior expertise in sales, providing a structured path into the field through a comprehensive work-and-train model.

Compensation Structure:

• During the Program (First 3 Months): You will receive a starting salary of IDR 3,500,000 per month.
• After Program Graduation: Upon becoming an Account Executive, your salary will be renegotiated. We guarantee the new salary will be above IDR 6,000,000 per month.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounts.
• Conduct market research to pinpoint business opportunities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders like "Dokter Obgyn", tailoring solutions to their needs.
• Manage existing accounts for satisfaction and retention.
• Create compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to showcase our value.
