Account Manager
Responsibilities
Create and implement strategic account plans to enhance business growth.
Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, case studies and proposals.
Set revenue goals for the sales and marketing team.
Assist and support sales and marketing teams in meeting business targets.
Maintain and upgrade all customer databases.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2+ years as Account Manager, will be more preferred for experience as Account Manager in Event Organizer, Advertising Agencies or Promotors.
Achieving Average Billing of 1M per Month or 12M per Year
Proven track record of successfully managing relationships with external agencies and driving collaboration to achieve business objectives.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Excellent in negotiating and strong customer focus.
Have tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion and enthusiasm.
Will be placed in Jakarta.
Can join immediately.
