Responsibilities:

• Receive and review invoices from vendors.

• Ensure completeness of supporting documents before processing payments.

• Input data into the accounting system.

• Prepare and process payments in a timely manner.

• Perform bank account reconciliations.

• Reconcile accounts payable and prepare AP reports.

• Coordinate with vendors and related departments.

• Organize and maintain documentation to support audit processes.

• Handle petty cash for several divisions.

• Understand tax deductions including PPh 21, PPh 23, and PPh Final Article 4 Paragraph 2.

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (preferably Accurate).

• At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
