Join our dynamic team in building a world class F&B operation in Makassar.

Main Responsibilities :

• Record and reconcile daily sales reports from POS with company bank transactions

• Perform accurate journal entries, general ledger and cash/ bank reconciliations

• Ensure timely and proper documentation of income and expense transactions

• Report petty cash and perform daily cash count monitoring

• Review Purchase Request (PR) from outlet, ensuring alignment with sales trends, stock usage and forecasted needs. Check accuracy of quantity, pricing

• Check all expense supporting documents for payment authorization

• Match vendor invoices with PO, GR, PR before reccomending payment

• Analyze weekly expense to revenue ratio and report to management

• Participate in monthly stock opname at outlet and all storage locations

• Support preparation of monthly financial reports

• Track and help control food cost and overhead expenses

• Monitor and evaluate waste reports from outlet outlet teams, cross check for accountability

• Join ,omthly internal audits to ensure SOP compliance and identify cost saving opportunities

• Maintain organized digital and physical archives of all financial documents

• Prepare and submit financial data for audit and compliance

• Communicate effectively with purchasing, operations and finance teams

Requirements :

• Min.Diploma 3/ bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field

• Min. 1-2years of experience in accounting (experience in F&B industry is a strong plus)

• Familiar with accounting software

• Proficient in microsoft excel (Vlookup, etc)

• Detail oriented, trustworthy and proactive

• Willing to be present at outlet for stock taking and internal audits

• Accurate and consistent in reporting

• commited to financial discipline and cross department collaboration

• Supportive in helping business decisions through timely accurate data

• Ethical, organized and discreet in handling company finances
