Accounting Specialist

Join our team as an Accounting Specialist and support our financial operations. Youll handle journal entries, balance reconciliations, payment processing, and financial transactions. This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals with analytical skills who thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with daily accounting tasks, such as journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Processing payment vouchers and managing payment uploads into the system.

• Reviewing and validating invoices from suppliers prior to payment processing.

• Reconciling account balances, including sales and bank reconciliations.

• Processing financial transactions related to sales and marketplace items.

• Supporting the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in accounting positions.

• Prior experience in Tax Consulting or working with a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is preferred.

• Proficiency in using Accurate accounting software, with advanced Excel skills preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with financial data.

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
