Accounting Staff

About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team at PT Berkah Bekasi Ops in Depok, West Java. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the companys financial records and ensuring accurate reporting. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks that are essential to the success of our organisation.

What youll be doing

1. Preparing and processing accounts payable and receivable transactions

2. Reconciling bank statements and managing petty cash

3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records

4. Assisting with the preparation of periodic financial reports

5. Providing support to the Finance team as needed

6. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

What were looking for

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting or a related field

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting

3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers

4. Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills

6. Excellent time management and organisational skills

7. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
