Accounting Supervisor

Begawan Biji Restaurant, managed by Legian Hotel Management, is seeking a passionate and professional team member to join us as an Accounting Supervisor. Located in the beautiful area of Payangan, north of Ubud, we are looking to recruit the right candidate to oversee our accounting and finance functions.

All ideal candidates will have a strong background in tourism and hospitality, and a desire to uplift local communities in Indonesia. This is a full-time position.

Job Requirements

• A Diploma in Accounting/Finance is an advantage.

• Proven experience of at least two years in hotels, resorts, restaurants, or clubs is mandatory.

• Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and ideally in Xero Accounting software.

• Knowledge of Restaurant Point of Sales (POS) and hospitality-specific accounting software.

• Good knowledge of Indonesian taxes.

• Good knowledge of all sections in Accounting and Finance (Accounts Payable, General Cashier, Income Tax, Payroll, Banking, and General Accounting).

• Possess skills of leadership, developing, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.

• Results and service-oriented with an eye for detail.
