Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at PT Graha Tunggal Nusamandiri in Ubud, Bali. As a full-time Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of our real estate development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What youll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate all aspects of real estate development projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation

2. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration

3. Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise

4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards

5. Manage and oversee the work of contractors, vendors, and other service providers

6. Provide regular progress reports and updates to management/owner

7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and practices

What were looking for

1. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the High End real estate, Five Star Hotel Development, Luxurious Villa Development or construction industry.

2. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex real estate development projects

3. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members

6. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

7. Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the real estate industry

8. English is a must

9. Degree in Civil Engineering
