Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing activity plans (demand generation) to enhance brand exposure and engagement.

• Collaborate with relevant divisions to design and implement campaigns, including product launches, grand openings, and other promotional events.

• Manage promotional activities and programs, covering marketing guidelines, brand awareness initiatives, local partnerships, budgeting, and Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) tracking.

• Establish and maintain partnership agreements (new partnerships) and continuously implement local programs to support sustainable business growth.

• Provide support for sales promotion programs to ensure achievement of business targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Preferably with experience in sales and marketing, and accustomed to handling promotional or sales activation events.

• Proficient in active English communication.

• Willing to be mobile as required, with main placement in Balikpapan.
