About the role

Join our team at PT Grand Convexy Indonesia as an Admin. This full-time position is based in Cengkareng Jakarta and will be instrumental in supporting the smooth operation of our company.

What youll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to department heads and other key personnel

  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements

  • Handling incoming inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members

  • Maintaining and organising electronic and physical filing systems

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents

  • Performing general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing inventory

  • Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team

What were looking for

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office

  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
