Admin Officer

Job Description:

- Handle banking administration.

- Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management

- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement processes

- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating calendars, and booking travel

- Support the preparation of reports, memos, and correspondence

- Maintain and organize company records, both physical and digital

- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations

- Greet visitors, handle phone calls, and respond to general inquiries

- Assist in processing invoices, reimbursements, and petty cash management

- Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and service provider coordination

- Follow and enforce company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards

Requirement:

- Bachelors degree or diploma in Administration, Business, or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Good communication and interpersonal abilities

- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documents

- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Basic understanding of office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners)

- Familiarity with filing systems and administrative procedures

- Integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
