Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented general administrator to optimize our general management procedures. You will contribute to human resources, prepare absence reports, and implement best practices in general administration.

To ensure success as a general administrator, you must have extensive knowledge of administrative principles and experience in a similar role. The best general administrator is someone whose expertise translates into optimized general processes and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant general administrative data.
• Evaluate and optimize general administrative controls and procedures.
• Update daily attendance records to assist with financial and accounting administration.
• Manage company marketing or entertainment.
• Maintain attendance records, employee data and general related matters.
• Prepare attendance reports, employee leave, company inventory and others.
• Follows regulatory requirements and best practices in general administration.

Qualification:

- Male/Female, Age 25 - - Minimum D3- Minimum 2 years of working experience in General Affairs or Administrator- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)- High Discipline- Able to work under pressure- Bussiness Level of english proficiency- Have a good interpersonal skill and performance- Willing to work overtime and tight deadline

Work based in Head Office Kasablanka , South Jakarta or Branch Office Cibubur area
