Admin Tender

Qualification: 

  • Min. Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Min. 1 year of experience in similar or other relevant roles.
  • Familiar with tender processes and various document requirements. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites and e-procurement portals. 
  • High attention to detail, neat and systematic in preparing documents, reports, and archives. 
  • Quick to learn, able to multitask and good time management skills. 
  • Resourceful, self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. 
  • Proficiency in English is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Make preparations for tender needs: (1) administrative documents, such as company legality documents, message attachments, and other documents according to Procurement Document Sheet; (2) technical documents, such as preparing Pre-sales data and Expert List; (3) Price documents, including but not limited to quotations and BOQ. 
  2. Register tenders and update e-procurement 
  3. Work closely with Account Managers throughout the Sales process. 
  4. Create Quotation Bond and Performance Bond. 
  5. Compare prices of different insurances according to customers contract requirements. 
  6. Input, recap and submit to finance Account Managers and Sales entertainment fees. Remind Account Managers and Sales of outstanding claims in the Finance department.
