Job Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations: procurement, equipment maintenance, visa processing, and other administrative tasks.
Coordinate travel, meetings, and hospitality for teams between China and Indonesia.
Maintain government relations (e.g., Economic Special Zone Management Committee, Immigration Bureau).
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Administrative Management, Business, or related fields.
Proficient in operating manual or automatic transmission vehicles.
Fluent in Mandarin & Indonesian; English is a plus.
Ability to respond to emergency situations (e.g., changes in Indonesian regulations).
Key Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic financial knowledge (e.g., reimbursement review).
Excellent communication & coordination skills between local teams and Chinese headquarters.
