Administrative Assistant
About the RoleWere looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur with daily tasks that require physical presence, admin skills, and trust. This is not a runner job — youll be fully responsible for handling administrative matters, managing sensitive approvals, and helping streamline day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and support administration
Handle OTP codes, account logins, and phone-based verifications (on-site)
Assist with bank transfer approvals (in-person device access)
Input and manage credit card purchases and subscription renewals under supervision
Triage and respond to routine emails or inquiries
Coordinate errands and document drop-offs (e.g., scanning, signing, light delivery)
Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive access and tasks

Live near or can commute easily to the Lippo Karawaci area (close to Siloam Hospital Lippo Karawaci)
Have experience in executive support, admin, or scheduling work
Communicate clearly (written and verbal) and can handle small decisions independently
Preferred Background
Education: D3 or S1 in Business Administration, Secretary/Admin, Communications, Information Systems, or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience as Executive Assistant, Office Admin, Coordinator, or Operations Support (Big plus but not required).
(Bonus) Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Gmail, Telegram, Notion, or Authenticator apps.
