Admissions Officer

HighScope Indonesia is an internationally accredited school with 15 network of schools throughout Indonesia. Our programs range from early childhood, elementary, middle school, and high school.

As admissions staff, you will:

• Qualify leads, understand parents and students needs, and match them to the right program.

• Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, website forms, and walk-ins.

• Guide parents through the application process (forms, document checks, fees)

• Plan and execute admissions events: open house, info sessions, fairs, etc.

• Coordinate with Principals, Finance, and School Program & Support to issue offers and confirm seats.

To have a better chance of getting this role, you should have these qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education, Sales, Marketing, or other relevant degree.

• Preferably have experience in SPK School or K-12 settings.

• Must be fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.

• At least 2 years of experience in school admissions, education services, or consumer/service marketing. Fresh graduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive with excellent time management.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

• Willing to work occasional evenings/weekends for events and peak admissions periods.
