Job Description:

We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented Quality & HSE Manager to lead the implementation of ISO management systems, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across the head office and factory. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, enhances operational efficiency, and promotes a strong culture of safety, quality, and excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and certification of ISO systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other relevant standards).

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure workplace safety and environmental compliance.

  • Conduct internal audits, gap analyses, and manage corrective/preventive actions to maintain compliance.

  • Identify and drive process improvement projects to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Provide regular training and awareness programs on ISO and HSE for employees at all levels.

  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting related to ISO audits, HSE performance, and improvement activities.

  • Collaborate with HQ and factory teams to standardize best practices and ensure consistent compliance.

  • Act as the companys main contact for external audits, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.

  • Monitor new regulations, standards, and industry best practices to keep company systems updated and effective.

Job Requirements:Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred) or a related technical field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ISO management, HSE implementation, or quality assurance in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Certifications (Required/Preferred):

  • ISO Auditor/Implementer Certification (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

  • HSE Certification (e.g., AK3U, SMK3, or equivalent recognized certification).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, HSE regulations, and quality management systems.

  • Experience managing internal/external audits, compliance, and certification processes.

  • Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive mindset.

  • Ability to work across departments and manage both HQ and factory compliance needs.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Additional (Preferred):

  • Experience in the manufacturing sector (chemical, utility, or industrial products).

  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is an advantage.

  • Willing to travel between HQ and factory as needed.
