You will:

• Develop & implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic & revenue growth
• Identify & onboard new affiliates
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, providing them with tools and resources to succeed
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize return on investment
• Track and analyze key metrics, such as sales conversions, traffic, and click-through rates
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop affiliate-specific content and promotions
• Stay updated on beauty trends and competitor activities to ensure our affiliate strategies are competitive and aligned with industry standards
• Prepare regular reports to track the success of affiliate campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements

You are:

• Have min. 1 year experience in affiliate marketing
• Deep understanding & enthusiasm in beauty industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships & coordinating with affiliates
• Creative, resourceful, and capable of developing strategies that align with brand objectives
