Affiliate Marketing Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Manager of Brand Marketing Specialist, this full-time Affiliate Marketing Specialist role at PT. Premiere Beaute Kosmetik in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya provides an exciting opportunity to drive the companys affiliate marketing strategy and growth. As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing a network of affiliates to promote the companys products and services, ultimately increasing brand awareness and driving sales.

What youll be doing

• Develop, execute, and manage affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

• Recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with new and existing affiliate partners.

• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, creative) to support campaign needs.

• Provide affiliates with the necessary tools, creatives, and guidance to optimize their performance.

• Maintain and expand affiliate database.

• Analyze competitor affiliate strategies and trends to keep the program competitive.

• Handle negotiation of commissions and contracts with affiliates to ensure mutual benefit.

• Manage tracking systems and ensure all affiliate data is accurate and up-to-date.

• Generate regular performance reports with insights, feedback, and optimization plans.

What were looking for

• Able to join ASAP and willing to follow WFO policy.

• Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in Affiliate Marketing or a similar role, preferably within the e-commerce, beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.

• Proven track record in successfully managing and growing affiliate marketing programs to achieve sales and revenue targets.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related fields.

• Strong proficiency in affiliate networks/platforms (e.g., Involve Asia, Impact, Rakuten) and tracking/reporting tools.

• Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media trends, especially in the beauty/cosmetics industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to onboard and retain high-quality affiliates.

• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimise campaigns.

• Creative and strategic thinker, capable of launching new initiatives independently.
