AI Developer

a. Proficient in Python and its ML/AI ecosystem

b. Solid understanding of NLP fundamentals

c. Hands-on experience with conversational AI Platforms

d. Skilled in prompt engineering and dynamic prompt chaining

e. Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases

f. Experience fine-tuning or LoRa-training open-source LLMs, Performance tuning is a plus

g. Comfortable working in Linux environments

h. Strong experience with RESTful API design and implementation

i. Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and deployment

j. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, especially for backend infrastructure and deployment
