ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Support Head of Operations on data and reports
• Monitor and prepare reports on operation performance
• Communication with operation leader on progress update
• Tasked to join for various ad-hoc improvement/analysis projects
• Work collaboratively with multiple functions to support operation department

QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED):

• Good communication and analytical skill
• Able to work with MS Office package, esp. Excel and PPT
• Growth mindset and ready-to-learn attitude
• Basic knowledge of warehousing and/or transportation services is an advantage
