Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect, based in Palembang. The Architect will be responsible for designing innovative architectural solutions, producing technical drawings, and collaborating with clients and project teams to create functional and aesthetic designs. Additional responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring seamless integration with various systems, and supervising construction processes to meet quality and safety standards. The role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to oversee and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
  • Experience in Project Management, including scheduling and delegating tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of Integration processes and Software Development related to architectural projects
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural tools
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field is required
  • Experience in sustainable design and familiarity with local building codes and regulations are a plus
