About the Role
As Area Sales Manager for General Trade in Manokwari, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets, strengthening distributor partnerships, and expanding Frisian Flag Indonesia's footprint across the area. This role requires strong commercial acumen, effective people leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver sales volume and productivity targets for the Biak & Serui area
• Manage and develop distributor relationships and distributor field teams to ensure consistent performance
• Identify and develop new distribution points, with a focus on white space expansion and outlet growth
• Ensure proper implementation of promotional programs and trade activities in compliance with Perusahaan standards
• Monitor competitor activities and market developments to support informed business decisions
What We Are Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role within a multinational FMCG Perusahaan.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
• Holds a valid SIM A driving license.
• Willing to be based in Manokwari (homebase), with openness to future placement across other regions in Indonesia for further professional growth.
