Area Sales Supervisor (Frozen Food) - Semarang

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any related field
• Must have experience at least 2-3 years as Area Sales Supervisor in frozen food industry
• Having experience in Frozen Food / FMCG Industry is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Receive and report on all sales leads
• Supervise distributor sales operation of sales team
• Supervise sales operations of sales team
• Build new customer base to maximize sales
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Meet all sales quotas and goals
