AREA SALES SUPERVISOR

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelors degree (S1) from any major

• At least 5 years of experience as area sales, with a minimum of 2 year in a supervisor or team leader role

• Prior experience in Agricultural sparepart & distribution is preferred

• Proven ability to lead a team, motivate members, and manage conflicts

• Strong target- and result-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication skills, proactive, and strong interpersonal abilities

• Possess a valid driving license (SIM A or C) and willing to travel for business trips

• Willing to be placed in the companys operational area as needed

Job Description :

• Supervising, Developing and supporting sales team to achieve sales target

• Analyze & developing business plan, including sales strategies and profit goals

• Building and maintaining good relationship and communication with customer
