Assessment Internship

What youll be doing

• Assisting in the design and delivery of assessment centres and other talent evaluation tools

• Conducting interviews and assessments with candidates to evaluate their skills and potential

• Analysing assessment data and providing recommendations on candidate suitability

• Supporting the onboarding and training of new hires based on assessment outcomes

• Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to continuously improve assessment processes

• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the assessment programme

What were looking for

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates at all levels

• Proficient in data analysis and report writing, with a keen eye for detail

• Knowledge of assessment methodologies and talent management best practices

• Proactive, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement
