Asset Management Officer / Manager

### 岗位职责 | Responsibilities:

1. 管理公司资产全生命周期，包括登记、调拨、维护、报废等流程；

Manage the full lifecycle of company assets, including registration, allocation, maintenance, and disposal.

2. 负责公司运营车辆的日常管理，包括年度检查、保险购买与续保、事故处理等；

Oversee day-to-day management of company vehicles, including annual inspections, insurance procurement and renewal, and incident resolution.

3. 负责车辆调度计划的制定与执行，确保车辆高效、合理使用；

Develop and implement vehicle dispatch plans to ensure efficient and optimized vehicle utilization.

4. 建立和维护资产管理台账，确保账实相符，定期开展资产盘点；

Maintain accurate asset records and perform regular inventory checks to ensure consistency between records and physical assets.

5. 协调与外部服务商（如保险公司、维修厂、车辆管理机构等）及政府部门的合作；

Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., insurance companies, repair shops, vehicle registration authorities) and relevant government agencies.

6. 负责资产使用和运营数据的统计与分析，向管理层提供报告和建议；

Collect and analyze asset and operational data to provide actionable insights and reports for management.

7. 制定并落实资产安全管理措施，保障固定资产与车辆的安全使用；

Develop and enforce asset security policies to ensure the safe use and protection of company property and vehicles.

8. 建立和优化资产管理制度和流程，提高资产使用效率并控制成本；

Establish and refine asset management policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

### 任职要求 | Requirements:

1. 本科及以上学历，物流管理、资产管理、工商管理或相关专业优先；

Bachelors degree or above in Logistics, Asset Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

2. 3年以上资产管理或车辆管理相关经验，熟悉车辆调度、年检、保险等流程；

Minimum 3 years of experience in asset or vehicle management, with hands-on experience in dispatching, annual inspections, and insurance handling.

3. 熟悉印尼本地交通与保险法规，具备与车管所、保险公司打交道经验者优先；

Familiarity with local Indonesian traffic and insurance regulations; experience working with regulatory agencies and insurance providers is a strong plus.

4. 具备良好的组织协调能力、数据管理能力和风险意识；

Strong organizational, data management, and risk awareness skills.

5. 有责任心，工作细致，具备良好的问题解决能力；

Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of independent problem solving.

6. 具备中英文沟通能力者优先；

Proficiency in both Chinese and English is an advantage.
