Assistant Legal Manager - Skincare & FMCG Industry

We are looking for a sharp, eloquent Assistant Legal Manager to support our legal and corporate operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience in FMCG or skincare, particularly in channel distribution and commercial contracts.

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents including agreements, addendums, and amendments

• Support contract negotiations with external partners and vendors

• Manage day-to-day legal operations and ensure compliance with legal standards

• Conduct legal research, risk analysis, and due diligence related to contracts, mergers, and acquisitions

• Oversee legal documentation for subsidiaries and support corporate structuring or expansion

• Handle legalities related to commercial sales and distribution channels

• Bachelors degree in Law from a reputable university

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the FMCG industry

• Experience supporting commercial sales or distribution-related legal processes

• Strong written and verbal communication, with a persuasive and thoughtful legal mindset

• Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced corporate setting
