Assistant Manager - Mandarin Speaker
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist superiors in cross-departmental communication and coordination to ensure efficient collaboration among R&D, marketing and other teams.
2. Manage schedules, meetings and travel, follow up on R&D project progress and warn of potential problems.
3. Collect and analyze the dynamics of the Southeast Asian mobile phone market, and output competitive product and consumer insight reports.
4. Process bilingual documents in Chinese and English, including meeting minutes, business emails and R&D reports.
5. Support the preparation of business activities, such as market visits, business receptions, etc.
Job Requirements:
1. Fluent Chinese (essential), barrier-free communication, English is a plus.
2. Flexible mind, strong communication skills, good at cross-departmental and cross-cultural coordination.
3. Sensitive to market trends in the mobile phone industry and have basic analytical skills.
4. More than 2 years of experience as a secretary assistant or related position (electronics industry preferred).
5. Able to adapt to frequent business trips and fast-paced work
Work location: West Jakarta
Working hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: Negotiable
