Power Plant Lead (Kepala Power Plant)

To lead and oversee the planning, execution, and commissioning of the Co Gas Power Plant project, ensuring on-time, on-budget, safe, and compliant delivery. Fully aligned with corporate strategic objectives.

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution with EPC contractors & stakeholders.

• Review & approve engineering designs, specifications, and integration with CO Gas systems.

• Manage CAPEX & OPEX budget, procurement, and vendor negotiations.

• Oversee commissioning, testing, and ensure performance targets (reliability, availability, efficiency).

• Build and lead a multidisciplinary project team.

• Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards, environmental permits, and government regulations.

1. Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Plant Engineering.

2. 5-10 years of proven experience in Power Plant EPC projects (CO Gas / Waste Heat Recovery Plant experience is a plus).

3. Proficiency in Primavera / MS Project.

4. Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001

5. Must-have Certifications :

   • K3 (Umum / Listrik / Migas)

   • Environmental Management (AMDAL / UKL-UPL awareness)

   • SKTTK (Kompetensi Tenaga Teknik Ketenagalistrikan - ESDM)

   • Leadership / Project Management (PMP or equivalent)
