Assistant Operation Management Manager

What youll be doing

• Assist the Operation Management Manager in planning, organising and overseeing all manufacturing and logistics operations

• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and efficient workflow

• Provide mentoring and training to junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge

• Liaise with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to build strong relationships and resolve any issues

• Continuously seek opportunities to optimise operations and drive productivity enhancements

• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures and health & safety regulations

What were looking for

• Minimum 5 years experience in an assistant operation management or similar role, preferably within the building material industry

• Strong understanding of operations management principles and best practices

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build effective relationships with stakeholders

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate

• Proficient in using data analysis tools and developing operational reports

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related field
