About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant Manager (Mandarin) to support our operations in Brebes, Central Java. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and organisational support to our management, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day activities. What you'll be doing
Managing the daily administrative tasks for the management team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements
Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence in a professional manner
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations and other important documents
Providing translation and interpretation services between English and Mandarin to facilitate effective communication
Offering general administrative support, such as filing, data entry and record-keeping
Collaborating with other team members to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the office
What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar administrative or assistant manager role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in both Indonesia and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software
A keen attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
