Job Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage HR-related legal documents, contracts, and company policies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company standards.
Liaise with government offices and external parties for legal and administrative requirements.
Monitor updates on labor law and provide advice to management.
Support HR team in employee relations, dispute handling, and audits/inspections.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, employment regulations, and government compliance requirements.
1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred (fresh graduates with strong legal knowledge are welcome to apply).
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
