Job Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the planning, definition, and execution of product features and enhancements aligned with key product initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, finance, operations, and external partners to implement high-impact features.
  • Lead research efforts—both user-focused and business-driven—to identify challenges and iterate on effective, scalable solutions.
  • Monitor market dynamics, customer behaviour, product performance, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on potential business outcomes and customer value.
  • Evaluate product improvements through measurable outcomes and refine features as needed to drive continuous value.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree from a leading local or international university, with a GPA of 3.50 or higher on a 4.0 scale 
  • Educational background in Computer Science, Informatics, or Engineering (IT) is preferred; an MBA is an added advantage
  • Demonstrates a proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to learning and self-improvement
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Product Management; open to recent graduates with strong internship credentials
  • Deep interest in data-informed product development and leveraging technology for meaningful impact
  • Strong analytical capability complemented by a keen understanding of user behaviour
  • Highly driven and persuasive, with the ability to mobilize teams and stakeholders effectively
  • Prior experience managing on-premise software tenders is required
  • Product Owner certification is considered a plus
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and spoken—in English and Bahasa Indonesia
