Associate Social Media Specialist

• Develop and execute creative content and visual designs for internal communication and social media campaigns

• Create, edit, and produce engaging video content to support communication and branding initiatives

• Manage and publish internal content and other employee engagement materials

• Promote company programs, events, and initiatives through compelling multimedia and social media storytelling

• Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality content across various platforms (print, digital, video)

• Maintain documentation of creative requests, processes, and deliverables

• Bachelors degree (preferably in Visual Communication Design or related field)

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in creative design, video editing, or social media content creation

• Skilled in design software and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

• Strong creative thinking with a passion for social media trends and storytelling

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat
