AUDIT MANAGER

About the role

KAP KUNCARA BUDI SANTOSA & REKAN is seeking a highly skilled Audit Manager to join our dynamic team in Yogyakarta DI Yogyakarta. As an Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing external audits for our diverse client base. What youll be doing

• Plan, coordinate, and lead the execution of external audits for a portfolio of clients
• Supervise and mentor a team of audit professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services
• Identify and assess risks, develop appropriate audit strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
• Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and insights effectively to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with the firms leadership to develop and implement audit best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
• Contribute to the firms business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships

What were looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in external audit, preferably in a public accounting firm or a large organisation
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and financial reporting requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Experience in leading and managing audit teams, including mentoring and developing junior professionals
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards, particularly in the Akuntansi - Audit - Eksternal domain
