Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including espresso-based drinks, smoothies, fresh juices, in accordance with cafe recipes and presentation standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and preparation area at all times, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner, answering questions about the menu, and making recommendations.

• Operate coffee and juice equipment safely and efficiently, including espresso machines, blenders, and juicers.

• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies; communicate with management for restocking as needed.

• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all beverages, particularly specialty matcha drinks and smoothies.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow during busy hours and support other roles as needed.

• Follow opening and closing procedures including equipment cleaning, restocking, and setup.

• Stay informed on new trends and ingredients in the beverage industry, especially within matcha, plant-based, and health-focused drinks.

• Uphold the cafes brand values by maintaining a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for high-quality, health-forward beverages.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 years of barista experience in a cafe, coffee shop, or juice/smoothie bar environment.

• Solid knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic latte art.

• Experience in preparing smoothies, fresh juices, and other non-coffee beverages.

• Familiarity with matcha specialty drinks and techniques is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in English and able to confidently communicate with international customers and explain the menu clearly.

• Friendly, customer-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail in drink presentation, taste consistency, and cleanliness.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

• Punctual, responsible, and able to work well independently and in a team.

• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
