BRANCH HEAD (MAKASSAR)
We are seeking for Branch Head to manage and develop business in Makassar Branch, which includes sales target, logistics operations, financial operations to achieve branch business target. The candidate has strong history of successful sales achievements with a strategic mindset.
Job Descriptions
Develop and implement sales target and strategy plans for the branch handled through market research and analysis, market potential, and resources considerations.
Plan and develop business partnerships programs/activities in branch to increasing the number of partnerships.
Ensure the marketing and communications programs are implemented in line with the integrates marketing program.
Plan and manage operational costs in branch, including sales operations, logistics, and general branch facilities.
Plan and develop logistic activities in branch, including managing stock to delivering goods.

Proficient in managing team, identify and encourage professional development, and continuous development.
Job Requirements
Bachleors degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Proven work experience as Sales Manager/Branch Manager or similar sales role.
Preferably within an experience in the Building Material Industry.
Experience forecasting sales and building a customer database.
Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales and operational team.
Strong leadership and organizational skills with a creative problem solving.
Availability to travel in a certain period of times.
