Branch Manager - Consumer Electronics

Our client, specializing in the consumer electronic + home appliances, is currently looking for Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage sell-in and sell-out activities, including monthly and quarterly sales forecasting and contract planning

• Perform budget forecasts and ensure revenue targets are achieved

• Lead weekly team meetings to review revenue, campaigns, promoter performance, and merchandising

• Negotiate with major dealers, conduct market and store visits, and oversee store operations

• Handle product launches, sales campaigns, and expansion of new products

• Coordinate with MarCom, SCM, Product Management, Finance & Accounting, and SOD Channel teams for program execution, logistics, pricing, and dealer support

• Supervise promoter sales, manage merchandising, and support smooth dealer programs including AR/AP processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from any reputable Industry

• At least 5 - 6 years of experiences in the same field, has experience handling Jakarta Branch

• Possess strong negotiation skill as well as market & competitor analysis

• Sales Management & relationship

• Good communication skill and interpersonal skill

• Strong leadership, people management, persuasive and innovative

• Proficient in English is a MUST
