Business Analyst Intern

What is Bob Junior Program:3-month program where you will be involved in a real work experience via Bob Junior Program, mentored by a well-versed professional in their expertise. 

• The internship period is between 25 Aug - 25 Nov (3 months)
• You will receive a stipend of IDR 1,500,000 per month
• Real life project to add to your professional portfolio

What you will do:

• Use SQL (BigQuery) to extract and analyze user data, identifying patterns in commercial metrics, including (but not limited to) booking behavior, stay preferences, and customer journeys
• Build and maintain dashboards in Metabase and Looker to monitor company performance
• Analyze internal and external data to support research for commercial strategies
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends or challenges that impact commercial performance across properties or customer segments
• Work with the Strategic Analytics Manager on ad hoc deep dives and hypothesis testing to support decision-making

You will fit in this job if you:

• Fresh graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Familiar with data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, spreadsheets, and Looker Studio
• Strong analytical thinking and curiosity for solving business problems
• Able to communicate data findings clearly—both visually and verbally
• Detail-oriented, with a passion for learning and experimenting

Bonus Points:

• Have worked on data-related projects (personal, academic, or professional)
• Familiar with BI tools (preferably Looker Studio)
• Interested in the hospitality, travel, or tech startup space
• Fluent in Python (EDA, data analysis)
