Business Assistant (HR&GA) MANDARIN SPEAKER

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in human resources, familiar with recruitment, employee relations management, and other modules.
  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • A bachelors degree or above, with a background in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Possess good communication and coordination skills, handling various personnel issues properly.
  • Proficient in using office software such as Ms. Office, especially Excel for data organization and analysis. 
  • Excellent in communication, high integrity, aware and committed to tasks, willing to learn, and have a growth mindset
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Mature and trustworthy with attention to confidentiality, strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Able to multitask, meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality work.
  • Able to work immediately
  • Willing to be WFO at Cakung (10 mins from MOI Kelapa Gading)

Job Descriptions

  • Maintained employee relations, handled employee onboarding, off-boarding, and regularization procedures, and ensured the accuracy of personnel information.
  • Manage the employee performance evaluation system and conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback. 
  • Responsible for the daily recruitment work of the company, including posting job information, screening resumes, organizing interviews, and following up on the hiring process.
  • Monitoring:  Attendances, Recruitment and Selection process, Expatriate documents, BPJS Employment, Visa, Payroll, Office Management, Procurement of Office Supplies and Equipment, Travel Arrangements (Flight, Accommodation, etc) and Corporate Events. 
  • Manage daily office operations to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee office administration, including procurement, vendor management, and facilities maintenance.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of company assets, to ensure proper use and timely maintenance.
  • Manage and submit daily reimbursements and prepare daily expense approval requests.
  • Track and report on office expenses, create and manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Manage the entire import clearance cycle for equipment and parts from China or other countries.
  • Must be familiar with Indonesian labor laws and other government regulations related to employment.
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and other departments as required.
  • Translate various of documents from Mandarin to Indonesia/English and vice versa if needed.
