Business Development

Requirement:
  1. Minimum Bachelors degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.

  2. 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within a relevant industry.

  3. Strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies.

  4. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

  5. Willing to work with targets.

  6. Good knowledge of the products or services being sold.

  7. Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.

  8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  9. Highly motivated to achieve sales targets.

Job Descriptions:
  1. Identifying and pursuing new prospects through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, networking, and market research.

  2. Building and maintaining a database of potential prospects that can be developed into long-term clients.

  3. Scheduling and conducting meetings or presentations to introduce the companys products or services to potential clients.

  4. Negotiating pricing and contract terms with prospects to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for the company.

  5. Managing the sales pipeline by prioritizing prospects based on potential value and urgency.

  6. Achieving sales targets and client acquisition goals set by the company.

  7. Conducting market research to identify industry trends that can be leveraged to attract more new clients.

  8. Providing feedback to internal teams regarding client needs and market demands.

  9. Preparing monthly reports on prospect status and sales performance.

  10. Documenting client interactions and activities within the CRM system.
