BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, commercially driven, and relationship-oriented Business Development Manager to oversee growth initiatives across two unique business units:
Dolan Restaurant & Park – a family-friendly destination in Canggu featuring dining, events, live entertainment, BBQ experiences, and outdoor celebrations.
Kawisari Coffee – a heritage cafe and retail coffee brand with its own plantation and roasting operation, supplying coffee products through retail, hospitality, corporate, and wholesale channels.
This role combines sales, partnerships, events, hospitality business development, and retail growth into one exciting Posisi. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities, building strategic partnerships, driving retail sales, and increasing brand visibility across both businesses.
Key ResponsibilitiesDolan Restaurant & Park
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase restaurant revenue.
- Generate bookings for private events, birthdays, corporate gatherings, weddings, family celebrations, and community events.
- Build relationships with schools, corporations, villa management companies, travel agents, event organizers, and local communities.
- Create partnership opportunities with brands, family-focused businesses, and tourism operators.
- Identify and secure sponsorships, collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
- Work with the marketing team to develop attractive packages and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
Kawisari Coffee
- Same as Dolan above, and
- Drive retail sales growth for packaged coffee, merchandise, and gift products.
- Develop wholesale and B2B partnerships with hotels, cafés, restaurants, offices, retailers, and specialty stores.
- Expand distribution channels both locally and internationally.
- Identify opportunities for corporate gifting, hampers, and private-label partnerships.
- Build relationships with distributors, resellers, and retail partners.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Support product launches, trade shows, coffee events, and promotional activities.
General Business Development
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
- Track sales performance and business development KPIs.
- Conduct market research and identify new revenue streams.
- Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and management teams.
- Represent the brands professionally at networking events and industry gatherings.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, hospitality, retail, FMCG, lifestyle brands, or related fields.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in hospitality, food & beverage, retail, coffee, consumer products, or tourism industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working across multiple business units and managing diverse projects.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
