Business Development Manager - PropTech
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the property and real estate sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Promote and present our PropTech solutions to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
Manage the sales pipeline and drive deal closures.
Represent the company at events and networking activities.
Provide client and market feedback to support product development.
Track and report on sales performance and targets.
A minimum Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships—preferably in PropTech, real estate, or SaaS environments.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing full sales cycles.
A strong network within the property, real estate, or construction sectors is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English
Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
