Business Development Officer
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Business Development to support our growing fintech ecosystem. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, able to bridge cross-functional coordination between internal teams, vendors (domestic and international), and external partners including banks, e-wallets, and tech providers.
You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end vendor engagement process—from sourcing, negotiation, legal coordination, documentation, to project go-live—while supporting internal project operations and ensuring timely execution based on the companys SLA targets.
Job Description:
1. Coordinate and maintain relationships with existing vendors: Find out updates and service problems for related vendors, coordinate with management, and follow up with vendors regarding documents (co: legal documents, technical documents, etc.)

2. Coordinate with research staff regarding features from competitor apps
3. Conduct real-time updates and weekly reports to SPV
4. Negotiate especially the price of the offers given by the Third Party team
5. Help find vendors needed by the company, both domestic vendors and foreign vendors (Minimum 3 vendors for comparison)
6. Achieve the Service Level Agreement (SLA) target starting from negotiating the creation of the PKS until go-live on the date given by the company
7. Know similar vendors used by the fintech/multifinance industry and competitors (can explain the advantages and disadvantages of using these vendors)
8. Prepare and submit payment requests with proper supporting documentation, and liaise with the Finance team for follow-up.
9. Document and support insurance-related projects and claims.
Qualifications:
1. Sociable, communicative, has good negotiation skills
2. Have work experience as a BD/negotiator for at least 1 year (Preferably having worked in a bank or non-bank financial institution)
3. Able to operate Ms.Office, especially Ms.Excel.
