Business Development Officer
Responsibilities:
1. Market Development & Lead Generation
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities domestically and internationally.
Approach and engage with prospective partners, clients, and distributors to expand the business network.
Maintain and update the prospect database and provide regular reports on progress.
2. Client & Principal Relations
Serve as the main liaison between the company and clients/principals.
Communicate effectively for early-stage negotiations, client needs clarification, and proposal follow-ups.
Provide basic client support and coordinate with internal teams for technical requirements.
3. Proposal & Presentation Support
Assist in preparing proposals, presentation materials, and documentation in both Mandarin and English.
Support the team during product or solution presentations to potential clients or partners.
Understanding the product being sold in both hardware and software
4. Internal and Principal Collaboration
Coordinate with product, technical, and operational teams to ensure solutions are aligned with market needs.
Help prepare regular business activity reports for supervisors.
Communication with overseas principal (China mostly).
