Job Description:
- Create sales orders, delivery orders (DO), and invoices.
- Handle stock and inventory management.
- Maintain good communication with the sales team.
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with the headquarters in Malaysia.
- Manage and keep track of all necessary office stationery.
- Assist the administrative team in organizing and executing various tasks.
- Complete tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualification :
- Detail-oriented.
- Below 30 years old.
- Strong team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Great personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Lives near Neo Soho / Central Park.
- Target-oriented, well-organized, meticulous, hardworking, communicative, and adaptable.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English is highly recommended.
