Requirements:

1.    At least 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax area

2.    Having strong comprehension at PSAK, the theory as well as the implementation

3.    Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws

4.    Proven experience in strategic planning and execution

5.    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

6.    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

7.    Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills

8.    Having experience in handling holding company with many subsidiaries

9.    Having experience in handling merger and acquisition as well as handling company that is heading for IPO

10. Holding Brevet A&B or USKP A

11. Maximum age of 45 years old

Responsibilities:

1.    Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts, financial reports, and planning process to support the development of operational goals

2.    Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures

3.    Create accurate financial statements and manage full spectrum of finance and accounting activities

4.    Analyze, evaluate, and investigate financial statements, reports, and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policy

5.    Identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement from financial perspective and monitor financial metrics

6.    Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and reports, cost control analysis, tax strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control

7.    Cash flow management to keep a healthy financial condition

8.    Manage all tax area and maintain good relationship with respective government agencies related to tax and audit compliance
