About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development professional to join our team at PT Realma Vestama Nusantara. In this contract position, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving new business growth in the South Jakarta, Jakarta region. Whether working on-site from our office, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating promising sales opportunities that align with our companys strategic objectives.

What youll be doing

  • Research and approach potential clients, partners, or markets to expand the companys reach and revenue streams.

  • Develop prospecting strategies to increase opportunities for new business

  • Acquire new clients from both existing and untapped markets to support company growth

  • Establish strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine business strategies.

  • Analyze sales and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that can be converted into long-term clients

  • Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs and company objectives.

  • Lead negotiations for business deals, partnerships, or collaborations, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

  • Meet or exceed set targets for revenue growth, client acquisition, and other key performance indicators.

  • Track and analyze business development performance and prepare regular reports for management.

  • Propose and implement initiatives that drive business expansion, product diversification, or entry into new markets.
